Currently we only ship within the USA. We are planning on including international shipping in the near future.
We mainly ship USPS for most items. Sometimes we upgrade the shipping service based on the delivery estimated delivery time that is quoted by Shopify. We also offer UPS 2 day Air if you need the shirts faster.
Once you place your order and a shipping label is created you should receive the tracking number immediately after that. If you don’t receive the autogenerated e-mail then please let use know. Feel free to e-mail us at email@example.com with your order number and we will be happy to send it to you manually.
Our handling time is 1 business day. For example if you order a shirt on Monday before the 12PM cut off time then your shirt will ship out on Tuesday the following day. If you order it on Monday after 12PM then your products will ship out on Wednesday. We will make every effort to get the to you ASAP. We know that the faster you get your shirts the happier you are.
Absolutely. Keep in mind if you do want us to ship shirts to a PO box we are limited to only using USPS for shipping.
As we work to get your package to you as soon as possible, our system automatically processes your order as soon as it's placed. This means once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it. We can make minor changes such as color and size of the garments. If you need to return or exchange an item in your order, please wait until your order arrives and create a return or exchange as soon as you receive it. We except returns all orders up to 30 days after receiving products. The Garments need to be in a new and unwashed condition. If you would like to exchange the shirt for a different size or color we are happy to assist you with that free of charge. If you simply no longer want the shirt then there will be a 25% restocking fee for the garments that are returned. All we need you to do is to fill out the RETURN FORM and explain what you would like the shirt to be exchanged for. Once we receive the shirt back in the mail we will send out the exchange the next business day.
Yes and No, All exchanges for different colors and size are Free once the original t shirt or hoodie is shipped back. If the garment is no longer wanted then there will be a 25% restocking fee for the product returned.
Yes, If you’re not happy with the shirt we would be happy to issue you a full refund. All we ask is that you send us the shirt back in a New and Unwashed condition. Unfortunately we can’t except exchanges with shirts in any other condition.
Mistakes happen from time to time. If you receive the wrong shirt please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to fix the issue right away.
That really depends on your banking institution. Once we process the refund it normally takes 1 to 3 business days to receive the money.
